Riverside and Coastal Meeting Places
The University of Dundee Botanic Garden covers 9.5 hectares on Riverside Drive, looking out over the River Tay, with tropical and temperate glasshouses and a water garden. At Broughty Ferry, Broughty Castle stands at the mouth of the Tay and houses a museum with free entry and wide views across the estuary.
In Arbroath, the abbey founded by William the Lion in 1178 is linked with the Declaration of Arbroath of 1320, and its ruins remain a striking sight. Happy to travel a little? See members right across Scotland.
